2018 Teacher of the Year

posted Mar 14, 2018, 6:52 PM by HSHS Alumni   [ updated Mar 15, 2018, 1:42 PM ]

This year our nominees were Mike Molitor from the high school, Amanda Scott from the middle school and Jamie Erskin from the elementary school. The teacher of the year for 2018 is Jamie Erskin.

The Teacher of the Year Award includes a $250 check to be use for educational purposes and each of the teacher nominees receives $50 in Chamber Bucks.

The selection interviews were conducted by Laura Batchelor, Karen Muller and Nancy Cape. Our deepest appreciation to these 3 ladies as a delay in the nominees receiving their letters left a very small window of time for the interviews. Laura, Karen and Nancy all stepped up and did the interviews on that same Monday.
