All Class Reunion - Planning Meeting

Below are the items the committee will need to consider:

• • Agree to a basic plan for the reunion (final dates, schedule of meals, menus, decorations, name tags, class photos, mailings and other activities).

  • Establish the primary location for the reunion and obligate funds to reserve that location.

  • Contact local hotels, restaurants, etc. to secure attendee discounts (for inclusion in announcement letter).

  • Write the announcement letter to be sent via USPS and email to all HSHS alumni.

  • Write the coordinator contract and request for bids.

  • Establish the Committee’s budget to cover all costs of the reunion.
